The team I was on was tasked with making their website fully responsive and giving it a refresh. We had a very small crew and we couldn't alter the content hierarchy. We worked nimble but as a very close team. Communication was key for this project. Even though we were moving fast it still took 7+ months but, the client and team were happy with the results.
